Alexela Logistics AS is a holding company that is leveraging the competitive advantage of consolidating oil logistics assets to offer clients a friendly, fast, and economical logistics network for serving Russian oil and oil products export cargo flows in the Baltic area and the North-West of Russia. We provide a complete service package including rail transit, storage and cargo accumulation in terminals and shipping to end users. Our product list includes all oil products from fuel oil to petrochemicals.

Given the demand for terminal storage in a key oil-producing region, we continue to look for logistics opportunities which can either be leased or purchased, thereby obtaining a widespread portfolio of assets. Within a short period of time we have accumulated enough terminal capacity to make us one of the key players in the region.
